#16. Electric power will be interrupted or will fail completely. Under the (pun intended) “current” electrical power crisis, it may not take a disaster to cause power to be interrupted.  In fact,  a power system failure or interruption may be the cause of some emergency scenario All the more reason to be able to switch your station to auxiliary power in a matter of minutes.  At EMCOMM 2001,  one of the workshops will be on the topic of: EMERGENCY POWER SOURCES.
